As it is rightly highlighted in foreign specialty literature, the criminal implications of the Community legislation must be the focus of the competent bodies, especially after the integration into the European Union, and it is necessary to identify the appropriate legislative solutions that will translate into life, as operated by the quoted author – the higher commissions promoted by the European Union. |
