Rezumat | ||||||
The article describes a methodology for assessing the effectiveness of a personnel strategy based on a balanced scorecard. Human resource management is a prerequisite for ensuring the continuity of the production process and the successful implementation of production plans and business processes. Therefore, the types of personnel strategies and their advantages, the features of the process of forming motivation and stimulating labor were considered and analyzed. The indicators of the effectiveness of the personnel strategy allow us to assess its implementation as a whole and to determine further development. A comprehensive analysis of all selected prospects is a balanced scorecard for the activities of any enterprise, as it allows you to analyze in more detail each prospect and identify strengths and weaknesses. |
