Rezumat

Bibliophilic patrimony of National Museum of Archeology and History of Moldova contains collections of old and rare books that reflect both the context of Bessarabian annexation by Russian Empire after Bucharest Peace Treaty (May, 16/28, 1812) and official celebration of 100 years from the annexation of province in 1912. Books edited by General Staff of tsarist army are very valuable, as well as those edited by Russian historians of the time (Alexandr Michailevski-Danilevski, maiorul Liprandi). Bessarabian publishing was strongly supported by the fellows from the other side of Prut: for the first time, M. Eminescu’s articles on Bessarabian issue were collected and published, in March 1878 in Bucharest newspaper Timpul (nr. 49, 50, 52, 53, 55, 58). Although M.Pacu, the publisher, only presumed that these belongs to poet as his articles were unfamiliar to Romanian public. Thus, 1878 articles of M. Eminescu were of the highest actuality in 1912 and these are still up-to-date for Romanians from Bessarabia in 2012.
