The article is devoted to the activities of the Zakordon department of the Central Committee of the CP (b) U – Zakordot in Bessarabia in 1920-1921. Have been investigated the methods by which the Soviet special services tried to destabilize the situation in Romania, which included sabotage, terror, provocations at the border, and disinformation. It is noted that the methods are similar to the current “hybrid” actions of the Russian Federation, which it used during the 1992 Transnistrian conflict and the Russian-Ukrainian war that began in 2014. |
