Motivation of staff activities is a very important aspect for any manager. Not only the creative activity of employees, but also the results of the organization itself depend on the incentive and motivation systems functioning in a separate organization. Motivation of employees should be complex and systematic. A competent combination of motivating factors is the basis for solving the problem of low interest in the results of staff work. |
