The issue of preserving and strengthening the health of the population is the main cultural, economic, social and political problem of the state. Today, an increasing number of middle-aged women for supporting their health are turning to the most popular kinds of sport: aquafitness, shaping, fitness and aerobics to improve the functionality of the body. |
