By analogy to other natural resources for an assessment of soil resources three parameters are used: the area of an arable land and capacity of the humic layer depth which estimate number of the soil, and humus supplies estimating quality of the soil from a position of crop production. The assessment of a tendency of reduction of soil resources since the beginning of development of a virgin soil till 1970 - 1980 is carried out. The conclusion is as result drawn on need of the state strategy of rational use of the remained soil resources. |
