The article highlights the basic rights and duties of judges, the grounds and procedure for bringing them to disciplinary responsibility.The urgency of the topic is due, first of all, to the low level of citizens trust in judges and imperfections in the legislation regulating the rights and duties of judges and their responsibility for violating laws.The judges are pressured by politicians and businessmen who use gaps in our legislation. Judges have no right to appeal dismissal in accordance with the law of the Republic of Moldova „On Administrative Court”. |
