Rezumat

The presented results refers to the concept of "knowledge economy" that in the 1990's became widespread, which revealed a new role and place of human intelligence in the enterprise and society as a whole. In the conditions of globalization, improvement of communication systems and methods of generating new technologies, there is a growing need for the revision of old methods of management and organization. The key to the successful functioning of the enterprise is the professional development workers and their knowledge. It gives us the opportunity to identify 5 components of the "knowledge economy" mechanism: human development (worker), educated information society, innovative education, modernized science and enterprise (as a place where an employee can realize his potential), only with the effective interaction of which the preconditions are created for realization by the person (employee of the enterprise) the principles of the current "knowledge economy", in particular the ability to reveal their own intellectual potential, knowledge in the enterprise. The development of personnel, with taking into account the principles of "knowledge economy" depends on the following factors: Education - which should gives the opportunity for a person to reveal his talent, develop skills and improve them through knowledge. Innovative education should be more flexible to human capabilities and needs, and should have next functions: talent disclosure, development of skills and abilities, knowledge management and continuous learning. Therefore, in order to maintain the level of training of human intellectual capital, modernization and adaptation of the education system to the requirements of the internal and external market are needed. The main criterion for successful completion of training is the effectiveness in practical situations, which shows the ability to apply acquired knowledge, to acquire new ones and produce unique solutions. The enterprise should have a system of continuous training of personnel, which involves the following main types of training: training of person, when hiring; annual training of managers and specialists on topical issues of professional activity; periodic training of the personnel (according to the needs of the enterprise); training of employees preparing for job placements. The next factor is science. Science is the guarantee of economic growth of the country, including business entities, and an instrument of accumulation of internal opportunities. Today, in order to preserve fundamental national science and its development, it is necessary to creatively use all possibilities of this sphere, in particular by stimulating the growth of international cooperation in research and the opportunity for Ukrainian academic institutions to participate in them. No less important is the information society. The full implementation of the principles of "knowledge economy" at macro and micro levels is impossible without the education of the population in accordance with the requirements of the modern information society. The enterprise in the mechanism of implementing the principles of "knowledge economy" is the location where, the employee during the practical activity has the opportunity to acquire new knowledge, skills, abilities and realize his intellectual potential. According to the research results can be concluded that any changes begin with a person (employee), his desire to grow professionally, therefore, it is the center of the proposed mechanism for implementing the principles of "knowledge economy" at the enterprise, the practical application of which will promote the professional growth of employees and the development of the enterprise in as a whole
