As an event for the organization of rational use of agricultural land, an algorithm for forming a list of particularly valuable productive agricultural land using the results of cadastral assessment is proposed. The algorithm itself includes four main stages: obtaining the results of a cadastral assessment for a subject of the Federation, selecting land plots of the municipality under consideration, updating the cadastral information of the selected land plots, selecting land plots according to the criteria for forming a list (a significant excess of the cadastral value of the land plot over the average cadastral value of the municipal area). Based on the analysis of the regulatory framework for the Korenovsky district of the Krasnodar Territory, this criterion is 5%. At the time of the research, out of 1920 registered agricultural land plots, 171 land plots can be included in the list.
