Background. Nowadays, prophylaxis of spinal disoders and successful removal of pain syndrome are important health problems. Spinal cord and internal organs have strong interdependent relationship determined by fascia, ligaments, spinal nerves and vascular system; they may influence each other and cause some pathologies that at first sight are independent. Objective of the study. For instance, back pain may be detemined by some local (vertebrogenic) causes or internal organs dysfunction; in many cases, muscular spasm being the key pathogenic factor. Muscles contain peripheric nerves (they take their origin in spinal nerves) and blood vessels, that in case of compression or irritation may produce microcirculatory disorders and pain. Material and Methods. Thus, the nerve connections between the functional state of the affected organ and the trophic disorders corresponding to the dermatom, myotome and sclerotome of a medullary segment play an important role in the appearance of local, viscero-vertebral and vertebro-visceral syndromes. Results. Performing a literature review and analyzing our experience we may conclude that appropriate patient examination may be helpful in establishing the diagnosis in back pain. Conclusion. Taking into consideration those mentioned above it is worth mentioning that in each case anatomo-clinical, pathogenetic, and sanogenetic pain mechanisms of back pain appearance should be analyzed. Knowing all these details allows to choose correct treatment, quite affordable, physiological and cheap. |
