<description xml:lang='en' descriptionType='Abstract'><p>In bibliographic resources, social assistance is examined from several perspectives: as science, system, profession, legal institution, sociological institution, etc. Some theorists argue that social assistance must be viewed through the prism of two dimensions: the economic and the social and psychosocial one. We complete this opinion and come up with a research on social assistance from a legal point of view, as an institution of social protection law.</p></description>
