Rezumat

In connection with complication of the ecological safety questions the role of administrative decisions in definition of the social and economic development strategy of the country and use of its natural resource potential grows. On change to the “additive” account of environmental problems, the initial stage of the ecological management formation there comes the new paradigm of the economic activities basing a principle of sustainable development. However the standard complete concept of ecological management till now does not exist. Now there were the approaches analyzing influence of the ecological imperatives on the economic development and developing the theory of ecological management. Among them it is possible to allocate the following: the antropocentric (moral - ethical) approach, the financial and economic approach or the approach of «a double prize», the biospheric approach. In view of the degree of activity and motives of application of control systems by environment conservation the following basic approaches to the ecological management formation can be allocated: environment conservation from the point of view of manufacture; environment conservation from the point of view of marketing; environment conservation from the point of view of management; environment conservation from social - ecological positions.
