Notions new, novelty, creation don’t express a simple practice, they are juridical terms
that as a rule indicate rights of the patrimonial (economical) and nonpatrimonial (personal,
moral) character of physical and legal persons, and stipulates appearance, modification
and termination of rights on the intellectual property objects (IPO). The author of this
article analyzes different aspects of manifesting the novelty factor in the activity of AGEPI. |
