Rezumat

The biggest challenge for companies nowadays is to implement new technologies in the culture of the organization, in the work of employees and in promoting a digital culture. However, employees have to accept such changes - and the best way to do so is through appropriate training and development methods. The purpose of this research is to find answers to questions such as: How does a company react in times of crisis? What could be beneficial for employees using only virtual training methods? Will the virtual training have a positive impact on employees? The results obtained in the HR/IT department within the Robert Bosch company in Illinois, USA reveal the understanding of the importance of training from the perspective of the employees, identify and analyze their preference for classic training methods or those adapted in times of crisis.
