This article is devoted to the study of the institution of criminal liability of the participants in the commission of crimes against the life and health of the person. Such an approach is priority-permissive because the crimes against life and health of the person represent the group of crimes provided in Chapter II of the Special Part of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova, and are socially dangerous acts, committed intentionally or recklessly. endangering - exclusively or mainly - social relations regarding the life and health of the person. And in this context, the present study tries to reflect the idea that if, however, several people contribute (material or moral) to the commission of a crime against the life and health of the person, ie the result of the criminal activity is the product of the cooperation of all these people, we are in the presence of a criminal participation. Therefore, some conclusions and recommendations were formulated to help resolve disputes regarding the application of criminal liability to participants in the commission of crimes against life and health of the person.
