The article presents the analysis of 42 cases of the patients suffering from scapula affections, including 17 patients (40,5%) with malignant tumors of the scapula, treated by methods of interscapulothoracic amputation and interscapulothoracic resection followed by application of endoprothesis. There is presented the analysis on the experience of applications of endoprothesis in surgeries of malignant tumors to replace the defects forming from resections of interscapula chest areas and humerascapular resections or to replace the defects forming from removals of scapula, shoulder joint and full humerus.
