This article discusses the evaluation of public programs. Kazakhstan has built quite workable system for evaluating the programs during their implementation and completion, at the same time the need to strengthen the pre-evaluation of public programs at their design stage is noted. It is caused by the presence of a significant number of poorly performing and ineffective programs, which is repeatedly revealed in the process of evaluation and revision of already implemented state programs. |
