At present, all societies on Earth confront with a problem-violence. What forms of violence we meet in schools, which are the causes or factors that determine school violence, why some children adopt ways of violent behavior in the relationships with their colleagues, friends, teachers, parents, why some teachers establish strong relations, expressed through violence to their students, these are just some of the questions to which we must find answers to ensure a positive school climate and to control the interpersonal violence. The issue of violence in the school environment should become an important theme of reflection for all those involved in the educational process.
