В статье, на основе анализа норм действующего законодательства Украины, определены правовые основы валютного регулирования в Украине. Отмечено, что особая роль в валютном регулировании принадлежит нормам административного права, ведь именно с их помощью видится возможным должным образом упорядочить деятельность уполномоченных субъектов, а также обеспечить надлежащее выполнение ими своих функций.

În articol, pe baza analizei normelor actualei legislații a Ucrainei, este defi nită baza juridică pentru reglementarea valutară în Ucraina. Se remarcă faptul că un rol special în reglementarea valutară aparține normelor dreptului administrativ, deoarece cu ajutorul acestora este posibil să se regularizeze în mod corespunzător activitățile entităților autorizate și, de asemenea, să se asigure îndeplinirea corespunzătoare a funcțiilor acestora.

In the article, based on the analysis of the norms of the current legislation of Ukraine, the legal principles of currency regulation in Ukraine are determined. It is emphasized that special role in currency regulation belongs to the norms of administrative law, because it is with their help it is possible to properly organize the activities of authorized entities, and also to ensure proper performance of their functions.
