One of the decisive resources of effective work performance and development of the organization presents human resources, whose value is always increasing, when the administrative body knows and is able to motivate them to obtain professional skills and to continue developing themselves in order to gain highly qualified professionals, responsible co-workers and totally devoted employers, which contribute to certified progress of the company. Research will focus on the comparative study of the techniques and approaches practiced in the countries of the world, researching the level of training, theoretical and practical training provided by authorized institutions in those areas. |
