The low incomes or lack of them leads to poverty, this phenomenon being determined to be one of the main factors that generate social exclusion. Meanwhile, marginalization in terms of social relations leads to deprivation, reducing of the opportunities for income generation. Social exclusion is often confused with poverty. But these concepts do not overlap, but only intersect. Poverty is primary and respectively imposes not only limited access to income sources, but also at society, goods, services, including education and health, behavioral changes, social status, etc. The poor men may be excluded by groups and individuals with another welfare statute, but they can also exclude themselves from various social reasons, including the feeling of shame caused by the lack of financial resources needed for a decent living. Poverty affects all groups of people who for various reasons can not participate actively in life society.
