Introducere. Hepatitele infecțioase reprezintă unele din cele mai grave afecțiuni, dinamica cărora crește anual. Actul medical este temelia recunoașterii, diagnosticării și efectuării tratamentului. Un aspect important în realizarea actului medical îl constituie cel bioetic.
Scopul lucrării. Relevarea componentelor socio-medicale și bioetice în actul medical cu terapia hepatitelor infecțioase.
Material și metode. Au fost utilizate publicații din medicina teoretică, drept medical, bioetică din Republica Moldova și de peste hotare. În studiu au fost incluse rezultatele aplicării metodelor: bioetică, statistică, sociologică.
Rezultate. S-a constatat că actul medical în cazul hepatitelor infecțioase trebuie să se deruleze ținând cont de obiectivele medicului și ale pacientului. Se reliefează integritatea terapeutică şi confidențialita-tea relațiilor medic-pacient ca principii esențiale bioetice.
Concluzii. (1) Actul medical în hepatite are ca reper informarea și susținerea pacientului. (2) O impor-tanță primordială are implicarea principiilor esențiale ale bioeticii.

Introduction. The hepatitis infections represent the most serious diseases, the dynamics of which are increasing annually. The medical act is the background of recognition, diagnosis and treatment of the disease. The medical act is the basic unit of the medical activity. The bioethical aspect is important in performing the medical act.
Objectiv of the study. The presentation of the socio-medical and bioethical components in the medical act along with the therapy of infectious hepatitis. Material and methods. There were used theoretical, the legal and bioethical medical publications on both national and international level. The study includes the results of the bioethical, statistical and sociological methods. Results. It has been found that medical treatment for infectious hepatitis should be carried out taking into account the doctor's and patient's goals. The therapeutic integrity and the confidentiality of doctor-patient relationships are revealed as essential bioethical principles.
Conclusion. (1) The medical act in hepatitis has the role of informing and supporting the patient. (2) The essential principles of bioethics are crucially important within the medical act.
