| Rezumat | ||||||
The most part of the wine-making enterprises of Moldova (about 140) need a renovation of the
technological equipment, and about of 120 enterprises need the replacement of the ex-soviet winemaking
lines with the modern new ones. Firstly the problem in question is the withdrawal form
circulation of the vertical and horizontal grape crushers of the (TDG) and (VDG) type that became
physically out of date, and substitution thereof with the import aggregates „VELO” (Italy), ”Pera”
and „Vaslin Bucher” (France), „Europress” (Germany). The author shows in his paper the advantages
of the utilization of new equipment and modern technologies. |
