Problema tratamentului cu succes a tuberculozei rămâne
foarte actuala, din cauza apariţiei frecvente a rezistenţei
micobacteriilor faţă de remediile existente. Au fost studiate
concentraţiile minime inhibitoare (CMI) şi concentraţiile
minime bactericide (CMB) faţă de tulpina de referinţă M.
tuberculosis (H37Rv) şi faţă de tulpinile sălbatice de M.
tuberculosis cu rezistenţă la diferite preparate antituberculoase
cunoscute, a noilor compuşi sintetizaţi a tioureidelor
acidului 2-(2’- Feniletil)-Benzoic. S-a stabilit că compuşii
menţionaţi poseda doar activitatea tuberculostatica. |
