| Rezumat | ||||||
Primary plastics of cutaneous defects and its surgical restoration during childhood are of primary importance in pediatrics. We analyzed our experience in treatment of 2640 patients with cutaneous defects and contractures and deformities during 15
years period (1991-2006). The surgical treatment of the scar deformities and cutaneous defects is characterized by multistage and long surgical operations during whole child’s growth.
