This article actualizes the role of cognitive activity in the process of improving the educational process of primary school. The purpose of this study was to study the role of didactic games in solving this problem. The main research question was to determine the possibilities of didactic play as a means of activating children's cognitive activity. The leading methods in the study were: theoretical and methodological analysis, method of pedagogical interpretation, comparison, generalization, concretization; questioning, testing, observation. It is shown that the effectiveness of the educational process largely depends on the ability of the teacher to activate the cognitive activity of students and optimally use various forms of didactic play for this purpose. |
