A vast study on the objective side signs of some crimes, committed in the sphere of the narcotic and psychotropic substances, theirs analogues and precursors’ traffic are undertaken in this article. In this direction, the particularities of defalcation and blackmail are analysed, having this kind of substances as an object. The main features of the hideaway organization and maintenance are pointed out, the specific of the organization of the public consumption of the narcotic and psychotropic substances are elucidated, etc. The main obtained theoretical results are illustrated within different relevant cases from the juridical practice. |
