the main objective of the studies described in the paper is set the costeffectiveness of the use of probiotic feed additive "Bacell" and "Sporotermin" for growing juvenile sturgeon. It was found that the average daily weight gains of sturgeon were 14,6- 26.5%. higher when fed probiotics. The feed conversion ratio or the cost of feed for 1 kg of live weight gain was 17,4% less in the second test group and 29.3% - in the third group. As a result of calculation of economic efficiency of the use of probiotics in diets for sterlet yearlings it has been found that when fed a «Bacell» probiotic, feed cost increased by 0.1 rubles. The cost of gross output increased by 17.6%, profit from the imputed sales – by 48,9%. When feeding "Sporotermin" probiotics, animal feed costs increased by 0,7 rubles, the value of gross output increased by 29.5%, profit from the imputed sale – by 81,0%. |
