Rezumat | ||||||
This article is devoted to the study of the currently relevant problem of reducing the interest and confidence of youth in public service. But it is the prestige of public service that is a prerequisite for increasing the role of all public administration. It is he who ultimately depends on the direction of development of society, the standard of living of the population and, in general, the future of the entire state. Based on sociological surveys, as well as a detailed study of the stated problem, the author proposed measures aimed at increasing the prestige and social attractiveness of the state civil service. |
