In greenhouses cucumbers are severely infected by root, white and gray rot. The antagonistic fungi T. viride (lignorum) T 13-82 and T. harzianum S-4 - the basis of biоlogical trichodermin-BL and lignorin, ps - render an expressed antagonistic activity in relation to rot agents. Inhibition of Fusarium genus fungi growth causing root rot by antagonistic fungi reaches 57%, phytopathogenic S. sclerotiorum fungus– white rot agent – 39%, gray rot B. cinerea fungus – 52%. Trichodermin-BL and lignorin, ps application by root watering and also spraying provides with a high (up to 96%) biological efficiency of preparations for cucumber protection against the diseases. |
