When we were studying herbicidal properties of plants of local flora, we have chosen experimental plants with the highest maintenance of phenolic fractions. The basic method of laboratory researches was a method of biological tests of A.M.Grodzinskii. Water extracts of bioactive plants were studied. Biotests were the seeds of weeds - Setaria glauca and Amaranthus retroflexus. The account of speed of germination of seeds was done in 3 day growth on a damp filtering paper at t = 26 °-27 ° C. High herbicidal activity was observed at water extracts of a Arthemisia absintium (f.Asteraceae) and a Juglans regia (f.Juglandaceae) in 20 %-s' concentration (83 % - 100 %). |
