Rezumat | ||||||
Due to the growing role of interest groups in the legislative process and the creation of new mechanisms, such as lobbying, for the interaction of civil society with law enforcement, it is necessary to investigate this phenomenon not only conceptually but also its impact on legal systems, such as those in North America and Europe. We will also look at the socio-economic areas most strongly influenced by lobbying, such as the pharmaceutical, tobacco trade and oil processing industries and their lobbying strategies. |
