The article is devoted to the study of the problems and basic pedagogical aspects in the field of training prison officers. The basic theoretical foundations that served as milestones in the development of educational work in the prison department are analyzed. The main stages of the development of penitentiary psychology and pedagogy in the field of the re-education of criminals and the professionalization of staff in prisons are presented. |
