In the countriesof Eastern Europeandthe Republic of Moldova, necessity in quality products, naturally grown has increased. The number ofpeople wishing to buy elologically pure products hasgrown. These mournings have been morestringent when it comes toherbs, aromatics pices for uncooked consumptionmore frequently in contemporary every day life. These needs have become actual for obtaining qualitative raw materials and products unpolluted with fertilizers and plant protection chemicals. Addressing these issuesin our view may be achieved by there placement of processes and mechanisms in classical cultivation technology by the organic nature. Implementation of these options allowed us to obtain qualitative aw material as well as a product-spicy-aromatic herbalsoak, which was included in the manufacturing recipebalsamic vinegar, aromatic alimentary salt and oil, herbal forest tea. |
