Rezumat

On the base of received clinical and roentgenological data during inspection of 551 patients with displastical process, at the age from 9 till 17 years, it was considered necessary to define the degree of stability of a vertebral-motor segment as a biological system. On the grounds of N.I Hvisjuk classification (1985, 1994), two forms of displastical process have been defined: I - stable, at 270 (49, 0 %) and II - unstable at 281 (51, 0 %) patients.

Исходя из полученных клинико-рентгенологических данных в ходе обследования 551 пациента с диспластическим процессом, в возрасте от 9 до 17 лет, сочли необходимым определения степени стабильности позвоночно-двигательного сегмента как биологической системы. На основании классификации Н.И Хвисюка (1985, 1994), определили две формы диспластического процесса: I- стабильную, у 270 (49,0%) и II- нестабильную у 281 (51,0%) пациентов.
