| Rezumat | ||||||
The state regulates the health and safety system. It determines the obligations for the employers,
employees, organs involved in these tasks and other participants in work processes. That’s why Labour
inspection is focused to execute controls at the enterprise, to investigate work accidents, to examine the
complaints, to assist individuals and enterprises in methodological and consultative help.
