Rezumat | |
The paper represents a short review over the Romanian researches in regard to the technological features which confers the quality of the cherries and which are take in consideration of the amelioration programs in order to ensure the market success of these fruits. In this context, the following technological features are discussed: ripening period; skin resistance; pulp firmness, consistence and succulence; adhesion of the pulp at the stone; crush colour; stone size; fruits shape, dimension, weight, colour, flavour and fragrance, as well as their chemical composition. |
