For the realization of constitutional norms the Parliament has adopted the Law of administrative
contentious jurisdiction based on setting up a national juridical control of the activity of public admin-
istration bodies.
The control activity has the role of regulating the implementation of the administrative decision of
the decisional act proper.
In the article there are aslso explained the administrative acts concerning the national security of
Republic of Moldova.
