Rezumat | ||||||
The article deals with the requirements and conditions for the development of masters’ business competence in “Business Administration” based on European standards. The requirements for the masters’ business competence of Business Administration included: the ability to think in a new way, to generate innovative business ideas; the skills to search for new market opportunities for business; the ability to evaluate promising new market opportunities for business, economic and social conditions of business; the ability to develop business plans and to create new organizations, activities and products; the ability to formulate goals, to find the alternative strategies to achieve the goals; the ability to negotiate, to communicate with different partners, to conclude effective agreements; the ability to create business network with people; the ability to attract the attention, to take the risk, the ability to manage risk; the commitment to personal and professional self-development, critical thinking, etc. The didactic conditions of effective realization of the process deals with: the formation of positive motivation of students to participate in social and economic activities; students’ orientation to business value; knowledge of professionally important personal traits, competency needed for successful business activity; involving the students in planning business activities to real economic relations; providing access to Internet technologies, introduction of new teaching methods, including distance learning; monitoring of masters’ business competencies. |
