Obiectivul studiului.
The study objective. Hepatitis is a major problem for public health at both global level and for the Republic of Moldova, and the evaluation of vegetable products that improve liver function remains important from medical-social and economic points of view. Material and methods. Drug hepatitis was modeled on white laboratory rats by administering Paracetamol at a dose of 600 mg/ kg. In the blood, the basic haematological and biochemical indications were determined, as well as the markers of oxidative stress and the antioxidant system. The extracts obtained from Agrimoniae herba and Cichorii herba were given enteral by gavage 30 consecutive days at doses of 400 mg/kg after the induction of hepatitis. Results. The drug hepatitis induces the growth of ALT and AST (2.5 times), γ-GTP (1.7 times), alkaline phosphatase (AF) and reduces pseudocolinesterasis (PCE). The extracts of Agrimoniae herba and Cichorii herba positively affect the basic biochemical indices of the blood, what is manifested by the tendency to normalize the values of the studied enzymes: ALT, AST, γ-GTP, AF, PCE, partial restoring oxidative stress markers and antioxidant system, maintaining normal index values which characterizes the basal metabolism: urea, creatinine, cholesterol and triglycerides. Conclusion. Drug hepatitis medication with extracts from Agrimoniae herba and Cichorii herba at doses of 400 mg/kg contributes to the reduction and normalization of deviations of haematological and biochemical indices.
