The purpose of the article is to analyze how public policies in Moldova are promoting children's participation and what are the children's and expert's opinion on this issue. Practical value of the study is determined by its relevance for all professionals working with children, but also for policy makers for a better understanding of ways to involve children in the design, monitoring and evaluation of policies addressed to them. |
