The compensation of drugs is one of the guarantees granted under the scheme of mandatory health insurance. In this article are presented the study results that provide the persons access to compensated drugs. For this propose have been analyzed the changes of drugs groups included in the list of partially / fully compensated drugs, it was assessed the dynamics of financial resources for purchasing the compensated drugs and the actual expenses. In order to evaluate the geographic access was studied the dynamics of number of pharmacies contracted by the National Health Insurance Company. The studies covered the period from 2005 to 2013. |
