The results of laboratory and field investigations of the microbiological product Gliocladin-SC biological effectiveness in the control of cherry fruit rot are presented. Biopreparation Gliocladin– SC inhibits pathogen fungi Monilia cinerea and M.fructigena growth under the laboratory conditions with formation of the sterile zones of the pathogen’s growth suppression while using the diffusion in agar method. The two-time treatment with the biopreparation in the 1% concentration turned out to be the most effective under the field conditions and was 91,8%. The treatment of the orchard of the 7 days before harvesting was the optimal with the 88,0% biopreparation effectiveness. |
