Under the conditions of the 21st century and geopolitical instability in the system of international political relations, more and more contemporary States focus on national security. However, the concept of national security is not broadening only the military sector, but also to the economic, social, information, education, cyberspace and the food. In the given article we analyze from perspective of food security, especially in The Republic of Moldova. Throughout the article and at the end of it, we make a series of recommendations to strengthen and ensure national food security.
