This work includes 2 groups of study: analytical-statistic (descriptive) and morphological, that consists of specifi c researches of traumatic actions on the head. In the fi rst a group 698 cases of lethal craniocerebral traumas is analyzed, which were examined within the tanathologycal department of the Center of Forensic Medicine, during the 1999-2001 period. Based on this group, there was determined the structure of lethal cranio-cerebral traumas due to blunt objects, there were established trauma particularities depending on the lezional character. The morphological study included 165 cases of lethal cranio-cerebral traumas selected and examined by the author within the period of 2000-2010. Based on this group, there was researched the morphological lezional aspect of cranio-cerebral traumas due to blunt objects, depending on the mechanism of action, interaction surface of the object, specifi c place of interaction of the traumatic force and time of its occurrence. There were elaborated criterions of differential diagnosis of cranio-cerebral traumas depending on the characteristics of the trauma. |
