In present paper are exposed data about regeneration of some introductory species from Actinidia Genus perspectives cultures in Republic Moldova. Are described different ways of multiplication incluslusively the culture in vitro The effects of different combinations of growth regulators for organogenesis and rooting were studied. After 6 weeks the greatest shoot regeneration was observed in explants cultured on S2,5 medium. For rooting, shoots were transferred to MS medium with IBA and BAP. Regenerated plants were acclimated in a sterile peat: perlite substrate and then transferred to soil. |
