Rezumat

It was demonstrated one of the possible ways for solving the authenticity problem of matured wine distillates. Using as a reference spectral information about wine distillates of transmission spectra, angular dependence of scattering spectra will significantly improve the quality of classification and increase the correlation between the values of chemical parameters and principal components. It is proposed to use the methods of PCA (principal component analysis), classification trees and PLS (projection on latent structures) to determine their efficiency in the process of classification of wine distillates.
