National Agency for Regulation of Nuclear and Radiological Activities (National Agency) is an administrative authority established by the Government under the Ministry of Environment with the status of legal entity of public law, which has a stamp with the State Emblem, name in the state language as well and treasury accounts. National Agency holds under current legislation necessary level of independence in exercising the functions provided by this law. In order to state accounting and control of sources of ionizing radiation, nuclear and / or radioactive waste in partnership with the US NRSC was installed Advanced Regulatory Information System - ARIS, which serves as electronically to the National Register of ionizing radiation sources and individuals and authorized legal entities. National Register of ionizing radiation sources and individuals and authorized legal entities facilitates planning of: Inspection, Authorizing missions, Monitoring, Generating reports on conventions etc. Registry is unique system of state accounting and control of SRI and MN and is set in order of state registration, site surveillance and their movements, quantitative and qualitative analysis to build planning, servicing, preventing accidents with ionizing radiation, unauthorized use. |
