Rezumat | ||||||
Direct conversion of solar energy into electricity is one of the first tasks of contemporary society. ZnSe/CdTe based solar cells are some of the most perspective for high-scale applications. The heterojunction was obtained by consecutive evaporation of ZnSe and CdTe on support by close space sublimation technique. For a description of the mechanism of transport of electric current through the heterojunction was measured dark and light I-V characteristics, spectral distribution of photocurrent. The PV parameters of ZnSe/CdTe are Rs=24.17Ω/cm2, Rsh=230Ω/cm2, Isc=9.93mA/cm2, Ucd=0.691V, FF=0.44, η=3%. |
